Modchamp is an online service provider as defined under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We empower legal copyright owners to self-publish by allowing users to upload, store, and display various media through our platform. We do not actively monitor the files uploaded by our users. We take copyright infringement seriously and are committed to protecting the rights of copyright holders. If you believe that your copyrighted content appears on Modchamp without authorization, please notify us in writing so that we can identify the alleged infringing content and take appropriate action.

Upon receiving a proper notification of claimed infringement, Modchamp will follow the procedures outlined herein and in the DMCA.
II. COMPLAINT NOTICE PROCEDURES FOR COPYRIGHT OWNERS
Your copyright infringement claim must include the following elements:
1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, along with sufficient information to locate the material on our site.
4. Contact information for the complaining party, including an address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Incomplete notices may result in delays in processing the DMCA notification.
III. NOTICE AND TAKE DOWN PROCEDURE
While we expect all users to comply with copyright laws, Modchamp will respond promptly to proper notifications of claimed copyright infringement by removing or disabling access to the infringing material once it has been verified. We will also adhere to the relevant provisions of the DMCA if a counter notification is received.
IV. REPEAT INFRINGERS
Modchamp reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers, in accordance with our discretion.
